Decorate your Jeeps with all the lights, wreaths, antlers, and holiday cheer, and join us as we take a couple of festive laps around the facility to brighten their evening.

❤️ Spread a Little Warmth This Season

Many residents at Autumn Lake do not have family so many will not receive any holiday gifts this year. If you’re out shopping and see a warm or festive pair of socks, please consider picking up a pair to bring along. We are working with the Activity Director to gather a list of residents so we can ensure no one is left out. A simple pair of cozy socks can go a long way in making someone’s holiday a little brighter.

Feel free to wrap them if you’d like — we will distribute everything during the visit. And if timing works out, we may even have Santa join us. 🎅✨
